Introductory practice and interview occupy a special place in the process of entering a religious and professional college. These stages give the applicant the opportunity to get acquainted with the inner life of the educational institution, as well as consciously approach the choice of his further path. During the practice, the applicant has the opportunity to see the educational, prayer and work routine from the inside, to feel the atmosphere of fraternal communication and spiritual life. The interview, in turn, helps to determine the level of church awareness, personal motivation and readiness to study in the conditions of the monastic system. All this contributes to a deeper and more thoughtful decision-making - both on the part of the applicant himself and on the part of the admissions committee.
