ARTIST, ICON PAINTER

Artist, iconographer — a master who combines art with deep spirituality. Students learn the basics of fine arts, composition, painting, and gilding, study the canons of icon painting, techniques for working with natural materials and mineral paints. Special attention is given to spiritual preparation. Graduates may work in icon workshops, restoration centers, or pursue independent artistic work.

• Set of regular pencils (H, HB, B). Recommended brands "Marko", "Koh-i-noor"
• Set of synthetic brushes: bristle, round, flat (brand is optional, several pieces)
• Set of squirrel hair brushes (number 2, 3). Manufacturer only "Roubloff"!!! (if unavailable, use squirrel imitation from "Rosa" brand)
• Watercolor. Not children’s!!! Recommended manufacturers "Ladoga", "Sonet", "Master class" (as a last resort, "Rosa" alternative)
• Acrylic set (any brand)
• Set of oil paints (if possible)
• Watercolor paper, A4 and A3 format, 10 sheets each
• Drawing paper, one folder
• Black ink
• Basic stationery set: eraser, compass, scissors, ruler, palette
